Job Summary

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation through strategic sales of software QA services. You will work closely with the delivery and marketing teams to build compelling solutions that meet client needs.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

New Business Development:

  • Identify and qualify leads from various channels (LinkedIn, cold emails, referrals, outbound campaigns, events).
  • Develop customized pitches and proposals aligned with client pain points and QA requirements.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from outreach and initial meetings to closing deals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in target companies (CTOs, Product Heads, QA Managers, Founders).
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and proposing the right QA solutions.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction during the sales process and coordinate seamless handover to the delivery team.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide input to the marketing team for campaigns and content that support lead generation.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with QA delivery managers to shape offerings and prepare technical responses.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports using CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of B2B business development/sales experience, preferably in IT services or software QA services. Experience selling QA services to US, UK, Canada, Australia or EU clients
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing mid to large-sized deals.
  • Strong understanding of software development and QA lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with software testing tools and technologies.
  • Prior experience in handling RFPs and preparing SoWs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and goal-focused.
