Who we are

Last updated: 19 October 2026

QualiTlabs is a software quality assurance and testing company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information. “QualiTlabs”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to:

  • Reqolent Quality Labs Private Limited, a company registered in India, which operates the QualiTlabs brand and holds the QualiTlabs trademark in India. Registered address: [registered office address], Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
  • QualiTlabs LLC, a company registered in the United States, based in Austin, Texas.

This policy applies to visitors to qualitlabs.com, people who contact us or subscribe to our updates, our business contacts, and our clients and their representatives.

Our role

  • As a data controller: for information about website visitors, people who contact us, and our business contacts, QualiTlabs decides how and why that information is used. This policy describes that processing.
  • As a data processor: when we deliver services, we may handle personal data that belongs to our clients, for example test data or user records in a client’s systems. We process that data only on the client’s documented instructions, under our contract and any data processing agreement (DPA) with them. The client’s own privacy policy governs that data. See section 5.
